The publication of this document follows Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, which mandates the disclosure of rules, regulations, privacy policy, and terms and conditions for accessing or using www.INIICIO SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED.in (the "Website"). Before using the Website, please read the following terms and conditions carefully ("Agreement"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website or INIICIO SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED Services. These terms and conditions also include applicable policies incorporated herein by reference and subject to amendment (the "Terms and Conditions").
For the purpose of these Terms, "The INIICIO member" refers to the end user accessing the Website/INIICIO services, its contents, or utilising the The Vivah Services offered. The INIICIO members also include individuals such as the father, mother, brother, sister, relative, or friend ("Registrant") of the prospective bride/bridegroom. The terms "You" and "User" are used interchangeably for "The INIICIO member". "The INIICIO Services" collectively refers to the services provided by INIICIO SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN: U82200OD2023PTC042494, a company registered under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2023, with its registered office at PLOT-NO. 410/A, 4TH FLOOR, HALL 2, METRO HOUSE, SAHID NAGAR, Bhubaneswar, Khorda 751007, Orissa.
Scope
The INIICIO fulfils the requirements of an "Intermediary" as outlined in Section 2's clause (1) subclause (w) of the Information Technology Act of 2000. INIICIO serves as a platform that enables users to register themselves (by providing mandatory and optional fields) to search voluntarily for profiles within the registered user database, for the purpose of seeking lawful alliances. The INIICIO assists in profile creation, but you must possess a valid/operational mobile phone number and email ID. For the convenience of its members and clients, INIICIO's database of profiles is divided into categories based on language and region. INIICIO Members have free/paid access to search profiles in the database based on their partner preferences (on the Website/App) and can shortlist the profiles of interest.
Eligibility :
A) TheINIICIO Membership and rights of admission are reserved solely for:
I. Indian Nationals & Citizens.
II. Persons of Indian Origin (PIO).
III. Individuals of Indian descent or heritage.
IV. Persons intending to marry persons of Indian Origin.
B) As TheINIICIO member, you confirm that:
I. You are 18 years or above (if you are a woman) or 21 years or above (if you are a man).
II. If you have applied for a divorce, you may register on our website/App by stating "Awaiting Divorce".
III. If you are a resident of any other country, you are legally competent to marry as per the local rules applicable in your country, and you shall comply with Indian laws for marrying a person of Indian Origin.
C) If you are a Registrant of the intended bride or groom and have made a profile on TheINIICIO or are accessing TheINIICIO Website/App on their behalf, it is assumed that you have their consent to make the profile on TheINIICIO and to access TheINIICIO Website/App.
Registration
A. We expect you to complete the online registration process with fairness and honesty, providing true, accurate, and current information, along with recent photos that reflect your parameters. Please carefully read the relevant columns before entering details or selecting available options or uploading photos. Avoid entering profile information in fields where it is not applicable (including mentioning IDs of other platforms/websites/Apps or repeating details in other fields after already providing them). If TheINIICIO requires additional details to serve you better, you agree to provide them. You may also provide your email ID and phone number in registration campaigns appearing on various websites as part of our advertisements, which may result in a call from our Customer Service Center to assist you in registering your profile on our website/App.
B.If at any time TheINIICIO learns, receives information from a third party, or has good reason to suspect that the data you supplied during registration (including pictures) is false, inaccurate, or lacking in any essential information, TheINIICIO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership without notice, forfeiting any membership fees paid, and refuse further services.
C. TheINIICIO also reserves the right to block the registration of your profile on the Website/App in case your contact details/links are entered in irrelevant fields or if there are errors in the data entered by the members in their profiles.
D. Duplicate profiles of the same individual are not allowed on the Website/App, and The INIICIO reserves the right to suspend or terminate such duplicate profiles without notice.
E. By registering with TheINIICIO and using TheINIICIO services, you acknowledge and confirm that your intention is genuine and focused on marriage. TheINIICIO Membership is strictly for individual registered members. Organisations, companies, businesses, or individuals engaged in similar or competitive businesses cannot become TheINIICIO Members or use the TheINIICIO Service or TheINIICIO members' data for commercial purposes. TheINIICIO reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal action for any breach of these obligations.
